Description: (5-month contract, TEKSystems.com) Organize the design, editing, and execution of automated email messages for brand partners’ cardmembers, adhering to CAN-SPAM requirements and email best practices. We co-ordinated email changes, requests, and launches for more than 150 brand partners. Emails include LifeCycle, Capabilities (Apple Pay, MLA), Customer Care (Servicing) and Collections emails that offer timely and targeted communication to drive increases in credit sales and create brand loyalty. Used HTML5 and CSS3 to develop and design responsive emails. I redesigned and coded the base templates for the team while I worked there and set up a quiz for potential team members to be evaluated on their coding skills and knowledge. Email campaigns that I worked on included Boscov’s, Bon-ton, The Limited, DSW, Marathon, Meijer and more.
